Looking at your log, it appears that you are using an existing beta database? Is that DB new for Beta 4? Beta to beta DBs don't always work- nor are the guaranteed to. Are you able to create a new database?
All you errors seem to be DB connectivity related, so let me know your progress, or else we'll just get someone to jump on a GTM with you.
