Hi,
It looks like that device return incorrect data for Switch 2 and 3. You may check that by creating new Universal Device Poller:
- Into OID paste "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3" or "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.2" and then click "Browse MIB Tree"
- Select Switch 2 or 3 from dropdowns on right side
- Click "Test" button
If the results will be "6" and "Sw2, PS1 Faulty, RPS NotExist" it means that device report wrong values via SNMP.
- If CLI in IOS report no issue than contact vendor of the device to check. Maybe Cisco support will have a patch.
There is by default set alert in Advanced Alert Manager, that may be reason why you receive emails. If you want to disable alerts:
- Open from start menu Advanced Alert Manager
- Click View - Configure Alerts
- Uncheck "Alert me when any hardware component goes into a warning or critical state"
(- Or you may edit the alert and remove the action to send email)
- Confirm it by clicking Done
You may check for currently active alerts by View - Active Alerts.
