It’s probably due to his OS upgrade. On Windows XP, the site profiles for Scheduler are going to be located in the installation directory. However, on Windows 7, applications cannot mess with files in there. So it’s now expecting them to be located in the ProgramData folder instead.
I think his best bet would be to shut down all FTP Voyager processes, go to his install directory, copy all *.Archive and *.Backup files (there’s probably 3 of each type), and move them to C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft[.com]\FTP Voyager. The actual path he uses for RhinoSoft vs. RhinoSoft.com depends on his install directory (use the same one that’s used for the install directory). Then restart FTP Voyager and Scheduler and make sure everything works.
