Does anyone have any more insight on this issue? This has started happening to us as well. It has proven impossible to stop... as soon as the scheduler is opened, the task goes into perpetual execution. We've tried restoring the scheduler settings, reinstalling the software, etc. but no go. In the end we uninstalled the software and are now looking for a better supported solution.
