Example:
Netobject V:33
SUBSTRING(NetObject, 3, 10) = 33
In that where clausule: 33 IN (SELECT VolumeId FROM DeletedVolumes) try match 33 in all VolumeId.
It is ok. Probably in some way Volumeid was not propagated to DeletedVolumes.
