If you left it as-is you would see the cumulative total CPU, Memory, and Virtual Memory consumption for all jstart.exe processes. If you wanted to alert when there were fewer than 4 instances of this process running the example below is the good starting point using the Advanced Alert Manager. Just set the Process (Service) Name as an additional condition and you should be good to go. No need to break these out into individual component monitors.
