I am creating a Utilization Report with the below information.

What i need is to add a Column in the last which shows the date and time when max of Recv/Xmit occurred. Something like below for example.

If i summarize the report by Hour it shows each and every result, however what i need is exactly the date and time when peek utilization happened.
Can anyone please help.
