Re: Network Atlas should come with a warning label!

I don't see that anyone replied to you on this.  I have a huge number of maps for our physical layouts (World -> NA -> Region -> Location Floor Plan -> Closet/Datacenter Floor Plan -> Rack Elevation) and then also our logical maps (Application Environments, Vendor Equipment Topologies, Failover Cluster Maps, etc) The best format I've found for exporting is to export them as a png at screen resolution. Scaling within the export dialog (even when reducing) leads to fuzzy text.  It's best to resize in another application after export if needed. I'm fairly limited on what I can post, but below is an example of one of the application specific systems interaction diagrams we have.  Each of the items on this map are dynamically generated groups of servers based on naming conventions and filters so that as we scale our different farms all of the nodes within each farm trickle up into the overall status.

And one of our datacenter maps (work in progress) Each rack has a sub map showing the elevation with realistic stencils from VisioCafe with largeLED indicators on the right rail followed by the hostname of the system and some dynamic system health labels.
