Facing issue in configuring different SAM Alerts

Hi Everyone,

I have created the custom property for application i.e 'App' and assigned the value to those application as email address likewise saroop@geniusbyte.com.

My aim is to when the different application gone into different state so the alert will send to the concerned person.

I am able to get the alert for when an application goes down but unable to get the alert for following alerts.

A               1.  Alert me when a components goes down

                  2. Alert me when a components goes into warning or critical state

       3.Alert me when a components goes

       4. Alert me when an application goes into warning or critical state

       5. Alert me when any hardware components goes into warning or critical state.

Please let me know what would be the trigger condition in Email Alert for above alerts?

But this below trigger query working fine for when an application goes down not for above Alerts.

${SQL:Select App FROM APM_ApplicationCustomProperties WHERE ApplicationID = ${ApplicationID}

Please advice
