I agree with what damienball is saying and wish I could have waited on implementing AC. We're now using it in a "production" environment and have actually replaced our older monitoring and alert system with SolarWinds and AC acting as the manager. I'm now worried about where we'll end up if they decide to pull the plug on AC and leave us high and dry. I like how it operates, but would welcome many of the requested features. I'm currently in a situation where AC isn't processing any incoming mail since we upgraded our Exchange system from 2010 to 2013. With AC falling behind like this, I don't see how long we can continue to use it.
