We recently set up the WHD ticketing system and are having troubles getting what we need out of it. We have technicians that need to print off some type of report showing all open tickets with certain criteria. The problem we run into is this, we can not find something that can easily automate this process. We want to show just ticket details like request details and notes, but we don't want to print one ticket per page like the default export to pdf does. Is there some way we can create a report that shows all open tickets of a request type and the request details/notes in a table like format? Any help is appreciated. Right now we are using excel to manually copy and paste into a table to print.
