I am also having a similar issue. Mine did not start until I upgraded from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0 VNQM. I have approximately 280 - 290 phones I manage and after the upgrade, SolarWinds shows I have 571. Since my license is for only 300, I am getting the alert. When I go in to VoIP Summary, and access my call managers, I see that most of my phones show up as two entries, some licensed and some not. Does anyone know a way to merge or remove the dual entries?
