Just got this today. The issue has not been resolved as there are several services that are not starting. The last that I had heard was that everything was good and all of the specified devices were being monitored and gathering data. Last time I take an SA's word on this. Think I was premature in having you close this case.
I have submitted another case for "no data available" on the graphs which is probably related to the services and such. Can't remember the case #. I have pushed the 10.5 NPM update to the customer as they are at 10.4 right now hoping this would somehow have a positive affect on things but haven't heard anything back from them yet.
