Got an alert that's supposed to work but doesn't. How do I figure out why not?
Running a Test Fire Alert shows that everything seems alright:

... yet it's not showing in "Triggered Alerts for All Network Devices" where the last alert is from 12 hours ago.
The events do show in "Events From All Network Devices":

How do I figure out what is the problem? It used to work.
