This is where information is stored for User Experience Monitors, Windows Performance Counters, WMI Monitors, JMX Monitors, etc. etc. This is where the majority of historical application performance data is stored in the database so it's not unusual for this table to be large. After 90 days (by default) the size of the database should level off and remain somewhat consistent depending upon what is added or removed from monitoring.
