We have 2 (soon to be 4) different provider MPLS networks that we are currently using for interoffice connectivity.
We've been seeing packet loss across one of these links (I'm seeing it from one of our branch sites to one of our data centers). What I'm trying to find out is what the community thinks is the best way to see if we can determine "where" the packets are lost? Right now, I just have the "VoIP UDP Jitter Operation" configured from branch router --> data center router. It's showing some packet loss and it's wreaking havoc on our Voice & Video across these links.
I guess that my biggest question is can I even tell where these drops happen? (Most connections are three hops between the branch and the data center)
Oh - to make matters worse, we may or may not be using different codec and Types of Service for Voice vs. Video.
I'm really appealing to the community for help with this.
Thanks all,
