We have a particular issue related to one of the SW Orion processes. We have opened three cases about this issue in a period of one year and a half and unluckily nobody has found the solution yet.
The swjobengineworker2x64.exe is one of the SW Orion processes that is running on the main poller application server. Randomly this process stops for a while and then it appears again working. During that period of time, when this process is not working, all our statistic charts are cut.
We control the behaviour of this process through Nagios. Just like in Orion, we set a snmp process monitor to control this process and Nagios alerts us when the process is not running. We've already scheduled many remote meeting and the SW technicians repaired many times JobEngine, JobEnginev2 and also repaired the Orion Core.
If anyone knows about this issue or If anyone heard about this could help us a lot.
