We are attempting to have our users tie assets to tickets and have techs utilize this.
Currently, we cannot select what values/fields are available to put into the ticket.
As tickets are the primary way that techs first interact with the helpdesk, it would be great to be able to choose what Asset fields are available to see in the ticket.
Attached ticket assets currently show Asset # (linked), Model and Serial #. Try to change this to some more relevant information like NETWORK NAME, IP, last logged in user, etc.
Even better would be our links, example RDP, Lansweeper link, etc...
Is there any way to do this or plans to do this in the future.
I'm pretty sure I am the ONLY tech here who actually logs into the helpdesk itself.
