Thank you for reaching out, I'm happy to assist. On thwack, we have automated missions and then some that take manually processing. Everything on the thwack Missions page is automated. On the thwack Point System - Updated 5/10/2013 chart, about half of those actions are automated and the other half require manual processing. The reason we have to manually review these items is to ensure that the task was indeed completed which takes human eyes, not a system, to recognize.
With regards to monthly missions, which missions have you participated in and not received points for? The May mission points are being handed out this week, so no one has received those yet.
Spread the Word is another manual process because we need to confirm that the questions were answered in order to be eligible for the gift card. The gift card was on hold for awhile but it has been reinstated and those will be delivered this week/next week.
Beta and RC testers will be awarded points + the badge once the product has launched. Usually takes between 1-2 weeks to get feedback from the PMs and turn this around. Those badges and points should be showing up in your account by next week.
