Wait, I think I know what's happening here.
Alert Central process e-mails received, and then deletes them. I believe that's by design.
It takes the alert, runs it against the sources I've configured, and then deletes it.
If you've configured Alert Central to listen for your VMware alarms but you’re not getting any, you should post a screen capture of your rule and how it's configured.
I bet we could figure out what's going on, and why it's not working.
But yes, captured or not~ I'm almost positive AC deletes all e-mails received.
