HTTP Monitor with Bad IL Range Error

Hi,

I find an error for HTTP monitor recently.

When I assign HTTP monitor to an external node, it comes the following error:

But when I assign this monitor to a node with the same settings, it works well.

Before I upgrade SAM to 6.0, this monitor works well for external node.

Is there anybody knows what is 'Bad IL range'?
