When attempting to download it goes through the norm with Downloading, Transferring, Complete etc. However, it does not save the new config and you can't view it, it just shows the latest config from over a week ago, which is truly the latest config. When I look at the session trace it does appear to transfer the entire config but for whatever reason NCM does not store it. Any ideas?
