Is there any trick to getting Patrick to respond? There have been several
- emails to certifications@solarwinds.com,
- emails to patrick.hubbard@solarwinds.com directly,
- messages to patrick directly on thwack,
- tags to him on posts where he HAD been actively helping people with getting badged and welcome-kitted in several different threads and still no response from him for just shy of two months now. Though he has been seen (once by my count) badging another person who asked for help after I had.
Is he the highest person to ask regarding this or is there someone higher we should try contacting? I know that two weeks ago you said he was staffing interop LV, but that ended some time ago. This is getting very frustrating; I'm not quite sure what takes him two months to respond.
Oh, a couple of days ago he took the time to accept a friend request but still never answered any of the queries.
