Hi, I am fairly new to Alert Manager in NPM and have a question so please bear with me.
I am trying to configure it so that if a Virtualization Asset (a virtual machine for example) in a vCenter goes down it will trigger an email alert. Is this possible?
The Virtualization Assets resource in the Virtual Center Details Summary tab shows what VMs are running so I was wondering if you can receive an alert if any of them aren't?
This has come about as we have a scenario where we are only able to monitor the vCenter in SolarWinds and not the virtual machines themselves on an individual basis.
