While Rob is absolutely correct that auto creation of all 60 maps at once is not possible I would not expect that functionality from the free built in mapping tool. I have approached the same issue with the following steps (by memory so excuse any omissions):
1. creating groups with dynamic queries to pull all devices from a site (and maybe a filter for Cisco + Juniper to weed out the servers)
2. create maps for each site and dropping on all nodes from the site group
3. Auto connect and touch up where needed - save map as same name as group name.
4. Create a top map with all the groups dropped into their geographical or logical layout as a summary map.
5. On your group details page add a map resource and set the name to ${caption} so it dynamically pulls the map named for each group
6. Add the top map and all group tree resource to your home page so its one click to any site map.
