Validate password compliance on Cisco devices

We use different password for local logon users, console, enable, and VTY. Is there a way to use NCM config compliance to validate the passwords?

I understand the the level 7 passwords will display uniquely for each device, so I was hoping there was a way to hash the cleartext password and compare the hash in the config and the result through NCM.
